Logical Operators was founded as a sole proprietorship on April 15, 1992 in Dunbar WV (a suburb of Charleston) by  Warren J. Hairston. During the early years of the firm, Warren concentrated on custom programming services and database development for small businesses in the greater Charleston WV area. As clients became aware of Warren's background in computer support and maintenance, the company branched out into new services such as network installation and network support.

On February 14, 1995, the business incorporated and became Logical Operators, Inc. Three years later (February 1998), we relocated to Charleston's prestigous NorthGate Business Park, where we have remained to the present day.

Over the years, we've helped many businesses in the Charleston / Kanawha Valley area leverage their competitive advantages through creative, dependable technology solutions. Our clients have included all types of businesses and organizations, from small sole proprietorships to large regional companies with offices in multiple states.
